Job Overview: We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to support a short-term onsite campaign where employees will return company laptops, mobile phones, and tablets. The role involves assisting with setup, coordination, and smooth execution of the device handover and documentation process. Full training and guidance will be provided before the start of work.
⸻ Main Responsibilities:
1. Site Setup & Preparation
• Prepare tables and work areas in the designated office space.
• Set up and test the mobile desk area with internet connectivity.
• Organize and label the device collection and storage zones.
• Ensure all materials and the team are ready before employees arrive.
2. Customer Interaction & Coordination
• Welcome employees arriving to return their devices.
• Check that the handover form (“One Pager”) is filled correctly.
• Direct employees to the correct counter (Reception, Support, or Handover).
• Follow guidance from the onsite lead or coordinator.
3. Device Handling & Documentation
• Receive laptops, mobile phones, and tablets and record details as instructed.
• Label devices and store them safely in the allocated area.
• Keep the workspace tidy and organized throughout the day.
4. Communication & Awareness
• Assist in displaying signs and information posters at the collection point.
• Politely remind employees to:
• Back up personal data before the visit.
• Remove passwords, PINs, and SIM cards.
• Bring power adapters and cables along with devices.

• No technical background required – full training provided.
• Reliable, punctual, and organized.
• Friendly and professional manner with good people skills.
• Able to handle laptops and small devices carefully.
• Native German and basic English communication skills.
• Must be available on-site in Mainz or Ulm between 26th and 28th November 2025. ⸻ Arbeitsbedingungen:

• Onsite work hours: 08:00 – 17:00 CET (may vary slightly).
• Reports to the local site lead or coordinator.
• Business casual dress code.
• Mandatory safety briefing and orientation before work start.
