EIP In­tro­duc­ti­on

En­er­gy Im­pact Part­ners (EIP) pro­vi­des growth ca­pi­tal for sca­le-ups with pro­ven tech­no­lo­gies that ad­dress the trans­for­ma­ti­on of as­set-in­ten­si­ve in­dus­tri­es. EI­P's in­vest­ments tap in­to six me­ta the­mes in­clu­ding in­tel­li­gent ope­ra­ti­ons, cust­o­m­er en­ga­ge­ment, mo­bi­li­ty, cy­ber­se­cu­ri­ty, dis­tri­bu­ted en­er­gy and smart buil­dings & ci­ties. Sin­ce its in­cep­ti­on in 2015, EIP has rai­sed over $2 bil­li­on and now seeks to bring its uni­que mo­del of clo­se col­la­bo­ra­ti­on with so­me of the most va­luable and in­no­va­ti­ve stra­te­gic part­ners to Eu­ro­pe.

EIP in­ternships are all paid at com­pe­ti­ti­ve mar­ket ra­tes. We are loo­king for a BSc/MSc part-ti­me working stu­dent who will be a mem­ber of our EU team ba­sed in Co­lo­gne (and/or re­mo­te)


Job Re­qui­re­ments

· You are stu­dy­ing towards your BSc or MSc de­gree, with a fo­cus on da­ta sci­ence and/or en­gi­nee­ring and/or fi­nan­ce and/or stra­te­gy
· You are at­trac­ted by working in a dy­na­mic, glo­bal en­vi­ron­ment and a fast-mo­ving com­pa­ny
· Skills in tech­no­lo­gy (soft­wa­re, ML, AI, etc.)
· Ge­nui­ne in­te­rest in cli­ma­te and sustai­na­bi­li­ty

Key Re­s­pon­si­bi­li­ties

Sup­port the team with the fol­lo­wing tasks:

- Re­se­arch on EIP in­vest­ment the­mes
- Being the lead on the in­ter­nal CRM sys­tem and man­ning the da­ta­ba­se
- Build on the exis­ting ma­chi­ne learning mo­dels and be crea­ti­ve about new ways to le­ver­a­ge da­ta to best op­ti­mi­ze deal sour­cing, scree­ning and ma­king
