Idea Ci­ty was born in Par­ma in 1986 by a group of pro­fes­sio­nals co­m­ing from va­rious pro­duc­ti­ve rea­li­ties and with gre­at ex­pe­ri­ence.
In 1990 it opened an of­fice in Ro­me de­di­ca­ted to bu­si­ness con­sul­tan­cy and sin­ce 2000, in agree­ment with for­eign col­la­bo­ra­tors, it has be­en pre­sent in Ger­ma­ny, Spain, Fran­ce, Eng­land, United Arab Emi­ra­tes, Chi­na, In­dia and the United Sta­tes.
Sin­ce 1986, both loy­al cust­o­m­ers and new cust­o­m­ers ha­ve re­co­gni­zed us as com­pe­tence, pro­fes­sio­na­lism, and re­lia­bi­li­ty.
We ad­opt a cust­o­m­er ex­pe­ri­ence-ori­en­ted ap­proach in which we pro­mo­te:

1. buil­ding a re­la­ti­ons­hip of trust with the cust­o­m­er ba­sed on trans­pa­ren­cy and cor­rect com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on;
2. the em­pa­thic con­nec­ti­on ba­sed on lis­ten­ing and un­der­stan­ding the cli­en­t's ex­pec­ta­ti­ons, on the ana­ly­sis of the cir­cum­stan­ces and on a shared plan­ning;
3. the ma­na­ge­ment of a per­so­na­li­zed ser­vice in which the ti­mes and per­for­mance re­qui­re­ments are ab­so­lu­te­ly cle­ar.
